Olpererhütte is a hut of category I , because of its comfortable interior the Olpererhütte is family friendly and suitable for groups.
- highlights are the large panorama window in the guest room and also large windows in each room
- generous sanitary facilities with hot water and showers
- south-facing terrace with great views over the main peaks of the Zillertaler Alps and the Schlegeisspeicher
- all rooms have heating with a pleasant and warm room temperature
- a room divider in the guest room even allows the organization of seminars

The winter room is equipped with:
- one living room and two bedrooms
- a wood stove with firewood to produce a comfortable room temperature within a very short time
- within the building is a toilet, but it lacks water and light
